Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing apparel online can be tricky! We have a 30 day returns policy, where you may request a return within 30 days of delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in good condition, unworn or unused, with no damage in any way.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@sheisapparel.com.au. 

Once the product is returned to us, we will inspect to ensure the product is in good condition. If we decide to accept the return, you will have the option of a refund, exchange or credit towards a future purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
